Description

At TTAF we seek direct printing systems for any information and image on any face and variety of cheese, at industrial speed with high quality reproduction. It must allow the use of food grade inks of different colors.

Possible approaches

Fast printing systems with investment and use costs compatible with the price range of the products to be printed. Marketable solutions with customer service available.

Solutions not of interest

Invasive technologies or that deteriorate the quality, useful life and / or organoleptic perception of the products. Equipment with commercially unviable investment, maintenance or use costs. Processes that require explicit authorization from EFSA
