At the Tech Transfer Agrifood Fund, we are looking for innovation in packaging which provide the ability to restrict microbial growth (moulds) in cheese (fresh and cured). The solution should be approved to be in contact with food.

Posibles aproximaciones

• The solution should be capable of integrating with the manufacturer’s multi-layer plastic.
• Biocompostable packaging with antimicrobial function.
