Description
From TTAF we look for edible films to cover products destined for the senior population based on vegetables. We are interested in exploring soft nutrition, to be able to offer food to those people who are unable to eat hard textures (either due to mordant or dysphagia problems, etc.).
Possible approaches
Interested in finding a way to present masses of vegetables covered with coatings that mimic the appearance of meat.
Solutions not of interest
We are not looking for solutions that come from existing 3D printing, but films that can cover a dough based on vegetables to imitate the appearance of a meat steak but that is soft.
