Description
At Tech Transfer Agrifood we look for startups that have experience in laboratory-scale fermentation to obtain food grade products. The products can be for example bioprotein of fungal origin with attractive organoleptic properties or equivalent products. In this challenge, it will be valued that the processes are as short as possible and with good yields. In addition, proposals by cultivation in a semisolid state will be especially valued since the recovery of biomass by this method is simpler.
