At tech transfer Agrifood Fund we are seeking innovation in temperature control. During the distribution process of beer, temperatures can exceed 40-50ºC during road transport.
With the aim of safeguarding the use life of the product, temperature control is important. Technologies and/or materials applied to transport are sought to prevent increases of temperature inside the lorries.
Technologies / materials that do not consume energy (material capable of absorbing heat)
Working range (optimal) should keep the product between 20-30ºC with a buffer capacity of + 20/30ºC.
