Description
We are looking for a technology that allows us to make IQF vegetable jellies. Looking for new moments of consumption, and new ways of consuming vegetables, we want to explore the territory of “vegetable gummies”, since we have tested them at the kitchen level, not industrial, they have opened up a very interesting terrain for us both for baby food, as well as for disruptive proposals from the Horeca channel.
